• Traditional Crumpets: Wholemeal flour, Pepe Saya buttermilk, yeast, sugar, Olsson's salt, sodium bicarbonate, water.
• Blood Orange Marmalade by Drunken Sailor: Blood orange (42%), sugar, lemon, blood orange juice, water, citric acid, saffron (<1%).  Vegan and gluten-free. Refrigerate after opening.
• Cultured Butter: Cream (pasteurised cow's milk), culture, Olsson’s salt.

Crumpets are best stored frozen for 3 months. Toast straight from the freezer.
