WHO WE ARE

With a love for locally sourced produce and years of cooking in Sydney’s restaurants, I combined this love and passion to create Crumpets by Merna.

My crumpets are fermented small batch crumpets, with a focus on using the best local produce. We use Pepe Saya Buttermilk, Australian wholemeal flour, Australian blueberries and Olsson’s sea salt.

We serve them up weekly at Carriageworks Farmers Markets, we deliver across Australia and supply to restaurants, cafes, hotels and airlines across Australia.

 

 

HOW TO SERVE

My favourite way to serve the crumpets is with lashings of Pepe Saya Butter and a drizzle of Maya Sunny Honey. You can serve them sweet or savoury.
