Sydney Metro

order cut off 2 days prior to delivery at 8am

Deliveries Tuesday, Thursday & Friday with our refrigerated courier.

Deliveries normally come between 7am-6pm.

Some Sydney areas are only on particular days, you will see this upon checkout.

Greater Sydney

order cut off 2 days prior to delivery at 8am

Central Coast & Newcastle- Wednesday delivery.
Blue Mountains- Tuesday & Thursday delivery.
Wollongong- Wednesday delivery

South Coast- Friday delivery (limited areas)

Southern Highlands- Tuesday and Friday delivery (limited area)

Deliveries normally come between 8am-8pm. 

 

Melbourne and some parts of Victoria

order cut off Sunday prior at 11.59pm

Deliveries Wednesday-Thursday with our refrigerated courier.

Some regional areas are limited delivery zones, we will email you to confirm. 

 

QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT and regional areas within QLD, VIC and NSW

order cut off Sunday prior at 11.59pm

Deliveries are sent express post in specialized packaging and ice. 

Dispatch is Tuesday, for delivery within 1-2 days to express delivery zones. Order cut off is the Sunday prior 11.59pm. 

If your area is outside out normal delivery zone we will email you upon ordering. WA and NT are often outside our normal zoning.

DELIVERY FAQ

 

WHAT IF NOBODY IS HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can request a particular time and day by sending us an email online@crumpetsbymerna.com.au that we will pass on to our couriers OR give certain instructions on where to leave your order to your address.

 

CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?

Yes we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card. We do not giftwrap sorry.

 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES

With the current COVID situation many drivers will choose to do a contactless delivery. Please be aware that drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell, instead they will leave the order for you to come and collect. It is important our deliveries are made in the safest way possible for you and the driver. 

 

CAN YOU PACK MY ORDER INTO MULTIPLE BOXES?

We can do this, there is cost of $5-10 per box, depending on the location. If you would like us to do this please request it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.

 

CORPORATE OR BULK ORDERS?

If you are ordering 10 or more deliveries you can email our team and we can organise this - online@crumpetsbymerna.com.au. 

 

HOW DO WE PACK OUR ONLINE (RETAIL) ORDERS?

Your packages are carefully pick-packed by our amazing online team and if delivered locally (metro orders) are delivered refrigerated by Doorstep Organics.

For interstate orders this will be done through Australian Post packed in a Styrofoam box with ice packed to ensure your package arrives safe and cool.

 

WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

We deliver to Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney throughout the week which can be specified through our area and delivery day table. With interstate orders Australian Post check Auspost Postcode Tracker, using 2229 as the departing postcode. You can check your area here.

If we find on our system that your order is outside the normal delivery zone, we will email you through options; sending at your own risk, send to another address, or cancel and refund the order.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email from our couriers with your confirmation number and order. If delivered in Sydney metro or Greater Sydney, you should receive a message with a window of the delivery time for the arrival of your package.
