As we ship perishable products our shipping is a little different. Please carefully read our FAQs and if you have questions about where we deliver and how we pack our orders please email our team- online@crumpetsbymerna.com.au.

Sydney Metro

order cut off 2 days prior to delivery at 8am

Deliveries Tuesday, Thursday & Friday with our refrigerated courier.

Greater Sydney

order cut off 2 days prior to delivery at 8am

Central Coast- Tuesday & Thursday delivery.
Blue Mountains- Wednesday delivery.
Newcastle- Tuesday & Thursday delivery.
Wollongong & South Coast- Friday delivery.

 

Melbourne and some parts of Victoria

order cut off Sunday prior at 11.59pm

Deliveries on Friday with our refrigerated courier.

Some regional areas are limited delivery zones, we will email you to confirm. 

 

ACT Metro

order cut off 3 days prior at 8am

Deliveries on Friday with our refrigerated courier. 

 

QLD Metro (Brisbane, Gold Coast and some parts of Tweed)

order cut off Sunday prior at 11.59pm

Deliveries on Friday with our refrigerated courier.

 

WA, SA, TAS, NT and regional areas within QLD, VIC and NSW

order cut off Sunday prior at 11.59pm

Deliveries are sent express post in specialized packaging and ice. 

Dispatch is Tuesday/Wednesday, for delivery within 1-2 days to express delivery zones. Order cut off is the Sunday prior 11.59pm. 

If your area is outside out normal delivery zone we will email you upon ordering. WA and NT are often outside our normal zoning.

CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN DELIVERY DAY?

We can deliver on particular days within Sydney, dependent on the area. You can request this in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving before your request is made. 

 

CAN YOU ADD A CARD TO MY ORDER?

Yes we are happy to add a card if you are sending a gift. Please write it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the card. We do not giftwrap sorry.

 

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?

Please write any particular instructions in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email - please do this at the time of ordering to avoid the order leaving without the notes. 

 

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES?

With the current COVID situation many drivers will choose to do a contactless delivery. Please be aware that drivers may not knock or ring the doorbell, instead they will leave the order for you to come and collect. It is important our deliveries are made in the safest way possible for you and the driver. 

 

CAN YOU PACK MY ORDER INTO MULTIPLE BOXES?

We can do this, there is  cost of $5-10 per box, dependent on the location. If you would like us to do this please request it in your order notes before checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.

 

CORPORATE OR BULK ORDERS?

If you are ordering 10 or more deliveries you can email our team and we can organise this - online@crumpetsbymerna.com.au. 

 

HOW DO WE PACK OUR ORDERS?

Your products are packed carefully in specially designed packaging and with ice (when necessary).

Different delivery areas will have different packaging. We do try our best to avoid unnecessary packaging, however we do need to ensure the products are kept chilled in transit which at times means we need to use stryofoam. We are phasing these out where possible. 

 

WHERE DOES CRUMPETS BY MERNA DELIVER TO?

Crumpets by Merna only delivers to locations with Australia Post express zones. To check your postcode please go to Auspost Postcode Tracker, use 2229 as the postcode it is leaving from.

If you place an order and are outside our normal delivery zone we will email you through your options- we can send at your own risk; send to a nearby address that may be next day; or we can refund the order.

 

WILL COVID LOCKDOWNS IMPACT MY DELIVERY?

Things can change at any minute in the current situation and can cause delivery delays and deliveries being made later in the day. We constantly monitor this and keep in touch with our couriers to avoid delays.
