Store – Below -18^oC

            Maximum frozen shelf life 6 months

Thaw– Refrigerator: Overnight

            Microwave: 20-30 secs per muffin

            Steam: light steam for 5-8 minutes

Shelf life

-          Thawed: use within 1-2 days

-          Frozen: up to 6 months

Cooking Methods

-          Toaster: Split by hand or with a fork and toast as you would bread

-          Grill: Split in half and grill the cut side until golden

-          Bake: Whole at 180^oC 5-7 minutes, then split for a crunchy exterior and fluffy interior.
