Condimental Pickled Fennel

This lovely Fennel uses a lemon myrtle-infused pickle recipe. This condiment is known for its balance of sour, sweet, salty, crunchy, and aromatic flavors, making it a perfect addition to sandwiches and salads. It is a testament to the pickle's versatility and is served as the 'house pickle' at their cafe. The pickle is made with fennel from Block 11 Organics NSW and white wine vinegar sourced from Lirah in the Granite belt of QLD. 

Not just for sandwiches and salads but as a 'knock your socks off' accompaniment to any brunchy / lunchy Crumpet combo. 

Ingredients: Organic fennel 50%, White wine vinegar, Water, Sugar, Spices (Lemon Myrtle, Bay Leaf, fennel seed, coriander, fenugreek), Salt.
