Merna’s Canapé Crumpets are perfect for parties or gatherings. These versatile, bite-sized traditional buttermilk crumpets are made with Pepe Saya buttermilk and can be enjoyed with both sweet or savoury toppings.

Ingredients:

Wholemeal flour, Pepe Saya buttermilk, milk, water, yeast, sugar, Olsson’s salt, sodium bicarbonate. 

Best stored frozen for 3 months. Toast straight from the freezer or warm in a low oven for 4-5 minutes.
